Taking collagen can be compared to taking vitamins, minerals and other useful supplements that are not contained in sufficient quantities in natural products. Its intake is mandatory when recovering from injuries and/or damage to joints and muscles.

To strengthen bones, ligaments and joints, improve skin properties - collagen is recommended to be taken in a dose of 10-20 g per day, in 1 or 2 doses in dry form, drinking water, dissolving in water or making jelly.

As with all KFD products it contains no artificial colors or harmful or useless additives.

Use: One serving - 20 g (approximately 5 scoops “without top”) should be poured into a container with 150 - 200 ml of water and stirred until a homogeneous consistency is obtained, left for a few minutes and then consumed. Use according to individual needs, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, not more than once a day, immediately after preparation.

Storage conditions: In a tightly closed container, in a dry and well-ventilated room at room temperature, out of reach of children under 14 years of age.
